Early bird registration deadline: March 17th, 2024.

Regular registration deadline: March 31, 2024.

Conference Days: JUNE 4 - JUNE 7, 2024.

Recommended arrival on June 3rd in the afternoon/evening. Recommended departure on June 7th after lunch.

CONFERENCE FEE:

Early bird  registration (until March 8th, 2024):
  • participants: CZK 14,500 (EUR 600*) excluding VAT - CZK 17,545 incl VAT (EUR 706*)
  • student: CZK 10,000 (EUR 400*) excluding VAT - CZK 12,100 incl VAT (EUR 487*)
Late registration (until March 31, 2024):
  • participants: CZK 17,000 (EUR 700*) excluding VAT - CZK 20,570 (EUR 827*)
  • student: CZK 12,000 (EUR 500*) excluding VAT - CZK  14,520 (EUR 584*)
* Payments will be made in CZK - the amounts in EUR are indicative only and may vary according to the exchange rate difference

The conference fee covers the participation fee, refreshments during the conference program, and standard conference services. Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of accommodation, transportation, and refreshment out of the conference program on their own. Those attending the conference can benefit from discounted rates at PARKHOTEL Pilsen, the conference venue (details available in the 'VENUE' tab).

There are TWO OPTIONAL TRIPS available. If you are interested in them, we will be very happy but expect that the total amount will be higher. This is explained in the registration form.

HAXPES 2024 AWARDS:

An exceptional chance awaits young scientists! At the HAXPES2024 conference, two prizes will be awarded to young scientists presenting either a poster or a lecture. One award, the Charles Fadley Award, recognizes outstanding contributions to the fundamental science explored through HAXPES. The second, the Yasutaka Takata Award, acknowledges advancements in instrumentation or methodology associated with HAXPES. Both awards celebrate substantial contributions to the significant progress of HAXPES. The awards are sponsored by the Journal of Electron Spectroscopy - Elsevier. Both awards carry a prize of EUR 500 each.
